FAQ

Shipping:

All shipping is done through USPS and UPS.

 

Shipping Processing:

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 7-10 BUSINESS days, unless the item is a Pre-Order special or the item is currently out of stock in our retail store. Please allow an additional 1-5 days for delivery in the US and 3-4 weeks for International shipping. (We are not responsible for ship time once item is shipped.

 

Damaged Shipments:

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you ordered sauce and your bottles are damaged or broken, please contact us at RJ@underdogbbq.com on how to get it replaced.

 

Returns:

If you are unsatisfied with any part of your order, please feel free to contact us so we can make it right. We will take returns for a full refund (minus original shipping charges). All sale/clearance items are final. You have one week from delivery to email us in order to receive a refund/return of any kind. Returned items must be in original form, meaning they are not to be worn, washed, or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse any kind of refund/exchange if we feel the items shows any of these signs. Customers are financially responsible for return postage as well as shipping for delivering the new item.
